I trained at the Surrey School of Reflexology and also The London School of Reflexology, learning the award winning specialist reflexology treatment, The Bergman Method for advanced Face Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.

I hold a IEB level 3 diploma in Reflexology and Level 3 diploma in Anatomy & Physiology.

 Prior to my training as a holistic therapist I worked in a chaotic A&E department for 12 years.

Experiencing so much stress, not only from patients but first hand has given me the knowledge of how emotions physically effect our bodies.
